Best Friend Barkery started after the rescue of two very sweet one-year-old pups.  It soon became very obvious that "Buttons" had severe allergies and "Millie" had tummy troubles.  Their diet had to be changed!

This prompted their owner, with a culinary degree, to focus on healthy food for the girls.  Going to great lengths to prepare all natural dog treats that contained no artificial colors, preservatives or flavors - the "Barkery" set out to experiment with many different products.

Every item is hand-made in small batches.  Of course, the girls were the "Taste Testers" along with their friend "Willy" from across the street.  If the biscuit disappeared quickly, it was a winner.  Many experiments resulted in a small group of delicious, delightful and wholesome treats.  Willy weeded out the less desirable samples right away.  Millie was also very particular with her selection but Buttons, a.k.a.:"Butterball" eliminated very few.
